"Shannon, you are so awesome! I'm super stoked about this program you're creating for women, by women - IT MATTERS."

Why Invest in WOW?
This program is rooted in the DOSE principles—Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins—harnessing the power of happy brain chemicals to inspire transformation through movement, connection, and positive mindset shifts. By integrating these principles into every session, you'll experience physical and mental benefits that go far beyond the gym.

Here’s how WOW supports your journey:

  • Enhance Outdoor Adventures: Build the strength and endurance to hike, bike, and ski with more confidence and stamina.
  • Boost Balance & Coordination: Strengthen stabilizing muscles to improve balance and prevent injuries, keeping you active and agile.
  • Increase Metabolism & Bone Density: Combat the natural loss of muscle and bone density to maintain a healthy, strong body.
  • Support Joint Health: Protect and stabilize your joints by strengthening the surrounding muscles, reducing pain and discomfort.
  • Gain Confidence & Endurance: Feel powerful in your body, energized for daily tasks, and ready to tackle outdoor challenges.

What Makes WOW Unique?
At its core, WOW is about more than lifting weights—it’s about cultivating strength of body, mind, and spirit. Each session is designed to:
  • Foster Connection: Build meaningful relationships with an inclusive and empowering community.
  • Promote Positive Mindset: Use proven mindset tools to help you reframe challenges, embrace growth, and unlock your potential.
  • Encourage Holistic Growth: Blend strength training with functional movement and mindfulness to support your overall well-being.

Who’s It For?
WOW welcomes women-identifying and non-binary individuals who are comfortable in femme-centered spaces. Whether you're a total beginner or an experienced adventurer, this program meets you where you are, offering personalized support and guidance to help you thrive.

Join us and take the first step toward a stronger, more confident you. Together, we’ll redefine what it means to feel powerful—on the trails, in the gym, and in everyday life. Ready to get started? Let’s lift each other up, one rep at a time!

Jana Coop

Originally from Estes Park, Jana grew up surrounded by endless outdoor adventure, which sparked her lifelong love for outdoor recreation. She’s an avid skier, hiker, and backpacker—and more recently, has discovered a passion for running. Jana has completed several half marathons on both trails and roads. Drawn to the outdoor opportunities of the Western Slope, Jana made the move to Grand Junction, where she’s studied Health and Fitness Promotion at Colorado Mesa University and is a soon to be graduate in May 2025. She is a certified personal trainer specializing in women’s fitness and is passionate about empowering others through movement. During her time leading the club, she organized workshops, hosted guest speakers, and facilitated group workouts—all with the goal of building a supportive and inclusive fitness community for women on campus. She also co-founded the Mesa Run Club, inspired by her love for creating spaces where people can connect, move their bodies, and find joy through running.
