Weekly Topics & Overview Week 1: DOSE Activation Discover how the brain’s happy chemicals (DOSE) drive motivation and well-being. Learn simple, daily habits to boost your DOSE and use the DOSE Tracker to reflect and stay inspired. Week 2: Growth Mindset, Resilience, and Grit Learn to adopt a growth mindset by reframing self-talk, embracing setbacks, and cultivating resilience to bounce back quickly and thrive through challenges. Week 3: The Transformative Power of Language Master the art of positive self-talk and reframe limiting beliefs. Discover how the words you use—internally and externally—shape your confidence, mindset, and relationships. Practice power posing and daily affirmations for a boost in self-assurance. Week 4: Embracing Fear and the Comfort Zone Model Redefine your relationship with fear as a tool for growth. Use the Comfort Zone Model to identify where you can stretch into new possibilities while staying grounded in mindfulness techniques. Week 5: Visualization and Mindfulness for Focus Harness the power of visualization and mindfulness to enhance focus, clarity, and goal achievement. Learn practical strategies to stay present, channel your energy, and create a vision of success. Week 6: Reflecting on Growth and Setting Future Goals Celebrate your progress and reflect on the mindset shifts you’ve achieved. Use the Goal-Setting Canvas to create actionable plans for continued personal and professional growth. What You’ll Receive: Weekly 1.5 hour live sessions via Zoom. Booking Commitment: Once you have booked a virtual offering with us, it means we are preparing tailored materials and reserving dedicated time for you. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the course start date: You will be issued a full refund, minus a $50 non-refundable processing fee. Cancellations made less than 13 days prior to the course start date or no-shows: No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided, regardless of unforeseen circumstances. Technical Issues: The Desert Dose is not responsible for technical issues on your end, such as poor internet connection, and these will not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.
